Cable indentification

Laser-marked yellow or white sleeves

Laser-marked yellow or white sleeves, with or without holder, are neatly provided on an A4 sheet per 40 sleeves. This marking is branded using a CO2 laser, for a permanent, brownish-black result. It is the most commonly used standard identification in the industry. The application is temperature resistant from -30° to 80°C, and is also resistant against corrosion, chemicals, and seawater.

Gel printing

The inks are baked onto the plastic, resulting in a permanent marking. These cable numbers are provided on ‘ladders’ of 12 pieces each. They come in various distinctive colours, allowing for easy visual identification. The application is temperature resistant from -40° to 100°C, and is also resistant against corrosion, chemicals, and seawater.

Laser-marked stainless-steel labels

Permanent branding in black. The application is temperature resistant from -80° to 540°C, and is also resistant against corrosion, chemicals, and seawater.

Stainless steel embossing

The numbers/letters are negatively punched into the stainless steel plate. This type of identification is used in extreme circumstances (offshore, chemically-aggressive surroundings, underground, food industry, …) The application is temperature-resistant from -80° to 540°C, and is also resistant against corrosion, chemicals, and seawater. Up to 23 characters per line and a maximum of three lines

PE embossing

Cable identification for underground cables, available in various colours.

Special labels

Identification numbers, PVC sleeves, engraved and bended … according to the customer’s specifications.

Other coding options are available upon request (possibilities include labels with overlaminates, heat-shrink tubing, cable sheaths etc…).
